If earlier reports on Persona 4 Revival left you unsure which platforms get the game and when, here is the confirmed picture.

The main launch. Sega announced on June 8 that Persona 4 Revival launches February 18, 2027. Sega’s release lists Xbox Game Pass, Xbox Series X|S, Windows, PlayStation 5 and Steam. The game is a remake of Persona 4 Golden with what Sega describes as “enhanced graphics, UI, combat, and cutscenes.”

The Switch 2 date. During the September 9 Nintendo Direct, the Switch 2 version was dated for May 20, 2027. RPG Site quotes the official line: “Persona 4 Revival launches on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox on PC, PlayStation 5 and Steam on February 18, 2027, and Nintendo Switch 2 on May 20, 2027.”

That means the Switch 2 release lands about three months after the first wave, not simultaneously. The Game Pass availability applies to the Xbox and PC versions.

Persona 6. The same Direct also confirmed Persona 6 is in development for Switch 2, according to RPG Site. No further details or date were provided.

Editions and pricing. Sega’s Japanese release lists four options at Japanese pricing:

  • Standard Edition: 9,900 yen, physical or digital.
  • Digital Deluxe Edition: 11,880 yen.
  • Digital Premium Edition: 13,640 yen.
  • Limited Box: 18,480 yen, physical only.

Those are Japanese prices including tax. Western regional pricing was not part of the sources we reviewed, so we are not quoting any.

The pitch. Atlus describes the game as intertwining “an investigation into a string of murders with the journey of self-discovery and encounters with the occult,” per Gematsu’s report, “revived in a new form.”

Bottom line. Xbox, PlayStation and PC players go first on February 18, 2027. Switch 2 owners wait until May 20, 2027. Anything beyond those dates, including regional pricing and demos, has not been announced in the sources we checked.
