State of GTA Online: September 2026

GTA Online closes out mid-September in a genuinely busy state. The Business Rivalries event is now three weeks in, and rather than coasting through its back half, Rockstar has loaded this stretch with enough moving parts to keep almost every type of player engaged.

On the vehicle front, the Pegassi Horus is the headline new addition — a GTA+ exclusive for its first week before going up for general sale at Legendary Motorsport for $2,810,000. It’s a serious price tag, positioning the Horus among the pricier options in the current catalog.

Reward-wise, this is a strong week to be grinding almost anything. Bunker owners get 2X GTA$ and RP on both Ammu-Nation Contracts tied to Duneloader deliveries and on Bunker Research Missions, with those same activities reinforced again under the 2X Featured Series bonus alongside Stockpile, Trap Door, and Safeguard Deliveries. The standout multiplier, though, is the 3X GTA$ and RP running on the Community Mission Series — the richest bonus in the current rotation.

There’s free stuff too. The Grapeseed safehouse is available at no cost this week, and a longer-running promotion lets anyone who completes one Weekly Challenge over the next two weeks claim a free Penaud La Coureuse with a complimentary HSW upgrade, redeemable September 24-30.

Add it up and this is one of the more rewarding stretches GTA Online has offered in recent memory — new metal to chase, real money-saving freebies, and enough bonus RP scattered across business types that there’s little reason not to log in this week.
